I would personaly not buy this for the sole reason that I love the feel and style of the iPod and would much rather upgrade to an iPhone before playing arround with some bracelt that ill have to take off whenever i want to wash my hands. It is unclear at this stage whether they will continue to sell the pens for a consumer based product, especially now with the advent of the Livescribe Pulse.
